Photonics West 2021 the virtual meeting of Global Photonics Industry

It was not so long ago, actually only last year in January that we have been able to meet in person at the Photonics West 2020 in San Francisco. The first and the last Photonics Show in 2020 that I have attended in person. After a postponement from January to March in 2021 we are happy to be able to meet online in the Digital Forum that is also offering viewing of presentations on demand and online in the Digital Market to explore the product developments that were so much influence by the current pandemic.

The demographic of the attendees is showing the importance of the Tradeshow:

R&Dis representing 26% of the attendees according to SPIE data, the largest percentage of attendees.

Senior Executivesare representing 20% of the demographic and are ensuring that you are going to be able to take the pulse of the photonics industry.

With 3,000+ presentations,25 plenaries,Photonics West and BiOSare going to be full packed with information. With 350 global companies attending the Photonics West and Bios Marketplace it will be interesting to see. About 100 product demonstrations will be presented and 100 networking sessions will take place in 2021. Showing the trend in photonics a new Quantum West section has been announced.
